Digital music purchases are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the product description specifically states otherwise. Download instructions or access links will be provided on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital music sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please review the artist, title, format and product description carefully before purchasing.
If you are charged but do not receive access to your purchase, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Purchasing digital music gives you a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable license for personal use only. Copyright and ownership remain with 11 Nickels and/or the applicable artist and rights holders.
Digital music may not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, uploaded, licensed, sampled or used commercially without written permission from the appropriate rights holder.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a device or application compatible with the file format listed on the product page. We recommend downloading and securely backing up purchased files after receiving access.
