How long will my order take to ship?
Merchandise is processed and shipped within 3 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your distance from Florida.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund, replace or reship packages delivered to the wrong address because incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All purchases from 11 Nickels are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error is made on our part. Please review all product details, sizing information and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

How should I care for my merchandise?
Unless the product page says otherwise, wash apparel inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach. Air-drying is recommended to help protect the printed design.
